Privacy
Local work, optional providers and data you choose to share.
The library indexes files in place. OY.Surf does not automatically upload your reference library to an OY.Surf content service.
Local processing
The index, thumbnails, Canvas documents and downloaded models live on your Mac. Local tools provide search, descriptions, dictation and image processing.
Optional providers
Choosing a cloud operation sends its prompt and selected image or chat context to that provider using your key. Provider charges and privacy terms apply.
Other connections
Updates and model downloads need the internet. External integrations and synchronized folders follow their own settings. Review MCP and integration permissions before giving an external agent access to files.
